Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You must initiate a return/exchange request within [e.g., 48 hours] of receiving the package.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched garments, sale items, and intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9400944777) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Note: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video to serve as proof for damage claims.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as store credit within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within [6 hours] of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
