1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse madamsboutique.com or place an order with Madams Fashion House, trading online as Madams Boutique. An order becomes confirmed only after we confirm product availability, total price, payment terms and delivery details through WhatsApp, phone, invoice or another written communication.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to display product photographs, descriptions and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade work and fabric batches may cause reasonable colour or finish variations. Products remain subject to availability until we confirm the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices displayed are product prices unless stated otherwise. Shipping, alterations, stitching, taxes or other agreed charges may be added when applicable and will be communicated before order confirmation. This website does not collect payment. Payment methods and due dates are agreed directly with the customer.

4. Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, measurement and order details. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.

5. Stitching, alterations and custom work

Custom or altered items are made according to the measurements and design details confirmed by the customer. Minor variations can occur in handmade work. Once fabric is cut or custom work has begun, cancellation, exchange or refund may not be possible except where required by law or where we confirm a manufacturing error.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, photographs and graphics owned by Madams Fashion House may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

8. External services

Links to WhatsApp, social media, maps and other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability or separate terms of those services.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, courier delays outside our reasonable control, or losses caused by incorrect customer information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Trivandrum, Kerala will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
